Our Reception curriculum has been expertly designed to provide strong roots for children to build upon as they move into Key Stage One. We use our highly skilled staff to develop children's language and play in the high-quality learning environment on offer in Red Base. Our whole school approach to teaching reading and spelling is SoundsWrite. Children have daily phonics lessons using the SoundsWrite approach to ensure they make excellent progress with their early reading skills and knowledge.
