Structure and responsibilities of the governing body
The role of the governing body is to support the leadership team by determining, monitoring and keeping under review the policies, plans and procedures within which the school operates.
We meet throughout the year as a full governing body and in the following sub-committees:
- Resources
- Teaching and learning
- Headteacher performance management.

Register of interests
We are required to publish the following information about each governor: business and financial interests, governance roles in other educational institutions, any material interests arising from relationships between governors or relationships between governors and school staff (including spouses, partners and close relatives).
Jon Hairsine serves on the governing body of the following schools:
